exercise is the best way.
But you are not by any way shape or form overweight.
Do you know what a BODY MASS INDEX is? Find out.
I'm pretty sure I weighed that much when I was 15 and people called me "chicken legs"
your self image needs some work.

I bet you're not fat. It sort of depends on how tall you are, but that sounds like a pretty healthy weight. I weighed 124 when I was 14 and I wasn't fat. I was about 5'4 then. I've never been fat, but I've been flabby. There is a difference. If you think that might be why you think you're fat, just try to tone up a bit. Lift weights, do leg exercises, etc. Whatever you do, DON'T crash diet. That is very unhealthy and dangerous. Good luck!!

OK weighing 112 at age 15 is more like really thin, not fat, and that applies to both genders (unless your really small). I'm 13 and I weigh around 125 pounds and I'm where I should be. However, if you really want to lose weight, do an hour of excersise (at least) a day. Check food labels to see how many calories are in food, you should get around 2000 a day, teens around 2500ish.

Your age has nothing to do with your weight really, it's your height. I cannot in good conscience give you diet tips if I don't know you are actually overweight. The Diet category is full of foolish girls begging for tips on how to get "skinny" or how to be "anorexic".
If you are TOLD you are not fat all the time, then it's likely you are not fat. Be happy with your weight and don't try to be some stick figure. Skinny is just as unattractive and unhealthy as fat.

"Fat" is a very strong word. I wouldn't use it lightly. I wouldn't call yourself fat if you're not. Being 112 pounds at age 15 sounds like the perfect weight. Don't mess with a good thing.

if u feel like your unhealthy and would like to lose A FEW lbs, you can start by this
Instead of a ham cheese and mayo hoagie, have a turkey cheese and mustard hoagie-it has less fat and fewer calories, but still packs calcium and protein.
Instead of a hot dog, have a hamburger-it has less fat and sodium, plus more protein and iron.
Instead of potato chips, have pretzels-less fat and fewer calories, but still satisfyes cravings
Instead of onion dip, have salsa-less fat and fewer calories but more vitamin C
run a mile every day, that will sweat off pounds, and build muscle
eat an apple, a banana, and an orange each day
eat a carrot, and celery each day
doing this will make you healthier and not store fat
dont eat too late because your digestive system isn't as effecient and you store fat
doing these things every day will lose you weight but in a healthy way
not only is this good for your weight, but it is good for your skin, your hair, and your mood:)
good luck to you!

My son is 17 and weighs 160. He is not fat. If you think you are fat just eat better and play basketball outside or something. Don't lay around and watch TV all day. Get out and do something. My 18 yr old Daughter weighs more than you do dude. And shes not fat either.

how tall are you? at 15 at 112lbs is not fat..you just got fat stuck in your mind for some reason. to lose weight, you should limit the amount of junk food that you eat, limit the amount of soda that you drink, and get out and play some kind of sports that require you to burn off your store up energy (basketball, track & field, field hockey, etc).
