Cut down on large meals and snacks, exercise more often, (especially cardio like running and swimming) oversleep (sleeping is when most of the calorie burning in your body is done).

Eat healthy, small portions, and often. Five or six small meals throughout the day are better than three big ones. Don't eat for two hours or so before bed. Strength training, especially core training, is better than cardiovascular, though you should do some of both. Get a medicine ball and a partner. Find someone that wants to lose weight, and do it together. It doesn't have to be someone your age. Losing weight is more about burning calories than reducing calories.

try this

Diet and cardio and some form of light weight training to keep you toned. Your diet should consist of dark leafy vegatables. Keep fruit to a minium even tho there good for they contain alot of simple sugars. Try swimming or running as cardio do 30 minutes to and 1 hour every other day. Swimming is the best cardio to do IMO. Keep your protein high with lean meats such as fish and chicken and of course keep fat, salt ,sugar, carbs and calories to all time low . What people fail to realize is exercising is only 20% of the work you have to do to reach your desired physique.

Cardio is basically running i mean you can run up and down your stars get a pilates tape and pop it in the vcr or tabeo

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

first of all don't set a weight amount. sometimes weighing can be stressful and not an accurate way of measuring progress. the very best way to lose weight is to eat often, i swear it works. six "small" meals a day spaced out every few hours. more protein and lower carbs "sugar" fruit is good though, except bananas. lots and lots of water too. to accelerate your metabolism lift light weights twice a day for fifteen minutes. this really works and it's better than a crash diet i promise!!!!
