It is possible. it is young but there have been children 9 and 10 years old that have gotten prgnant.
WAs teh male larger than her is so a very much bigger I would talk to teh vet about an abortion as teh pups may be to big for her to deliver this would also be a good time to have her spayed.
if you decide to wait wait a month ( 30 days) and take to the vets and they can tell you is she is definately pregnant and she should deliver in 63 days form the time of tieing.

it is possible but not very likely if the male had not dropped yet i would suggest waiting a few weeks then taking her to the vet for a pregnancy test

Not likely. I had a 4 mo old chi tie with one of my females but no puppies. His testicles had not dropped either.

no the male was too young. and the technical term is tied not stuck. about the undescended testicles. you should probably try to push them into the scrotum or get him neutered. undescended testicles can cause tumors.
