Not with the likes of *you* ... *Your* last two posts that I've seen have accused people of HATE with no foundation and attacked *all* of R&S for calling you a terrorist! .... Neither of these are even remotely true.

[Edit]: Re Add. Dtls.: "Do people that hate God hate him because of what people say God expects from them?"

IF YOU WANT 'LOVE', PLEASE AVOID THE WORD 'HATE'
Even your segregationist spilt of completely UNIVERSAL values of 'Loving', 'Thoughtful', 'Knowledgeable' & 'Peacful' misses the mark - We Are ALL Capable Of ALL Of These!

Well, I'm sure any of those 4 groups could have all those attributes. But, unfortunately I've found quite the opposite most of the time in the R&S section. There are a lot of bigots and small minded people who just want to preach their doctrine, and anybody who feels otherwise is wrong. So for the most part, R&S is not any of those things.

It would be if the people cared about each other.

Atheists in particular post questions that are deliberately designed to hurt and/or inflame the passions of religious people.

This is common throughout history where crimes and wars are primarily caused by people with little belief in religion, but, who often use religion to inflame the passions of either their followers or their enemies.

By the way, so far I have not seen any evidence of an Atheist being able to actually think on these boards, although I do appreciate your giving Atheists the benefit of the doubt and allowing them to hold a place which they have claimed yet cannot fulfill.

Well you see, you are only looking at the good side of the spirit world. If there were nothing but elect angels seeking to guide mankind out of their sins and into a saving relationship with God then there might be a lot more harmony in this section. But it is clear that we all have an enemy who works against God's desire for us in the spirit realm as well as an enemy who is "in-a-me" namely the fallen human nature known as our "flesh".

Spirit realm:

1 Peter 5:8 Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.

John 8:43 Why do you not understand what I say? It is because you cannot bear to hear my word. 44 You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father's desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and has nothing to do with the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

1 Timothy 4:1 Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons,

2 Corinthians 11:13 For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. 14 And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. 15 So it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds.

Fallen nature/flesh realm:

1 Corinthians 3:1 But I, brothers, could not address you as spiritual people, but as people of the flesh, as infants in Christ. 2 I fed you with milk, not solid food, for you were not ready for it. And even now you are not yet ready, 3 for you are still of the flesh. For while there is jealousy and strife among you, are you not of the flesh and behaving only in a human way?

Galatians 5:17 For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to do. 18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. 19 Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, 20 idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, 21 envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

James 4:1 What causes quarrels and what causes fights among you? Is it not this, that your passions are at war within you? 2 You desire and do not have, so you murder. You covet and cannot obtain, so you fight and quarrel. You do not have, because you do not ask. 3 You ask and do not receive, because you ask wrongly, to spend it on your passions. 4 You adulterous people! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.

Most groups have their virtues and all have their downfalls. R&S is not all of what you listed because the children can't play nice with each other.
