There is no centralized "Atheist organization" that would have priests, so the number of Atheist priests is zero.
If there's a homosexual priest anywhere, then they win the contest.
Prejudice? Yes, absolutely. Atheists tend to have a prejudice towards their own mind and reasoning than revelation or philosophical/religious authority.

Why can Atheists not be Homosexual, I reckon there are Homosexual priests and Heterosexual priests where there should only be asexual priests. Rule of thumb, if you need a sex life dont become a priest, join the Anglicans and become a Vicar, then you can have a rich and fulfilling sex life and a spiritual life, you can even get married and have kids.

Well first of all Atheist do not beleive in any thing . I have no ideal why the catholics have let this go on . Why are they deciding to come out? It is a disgrace to their beleif. They are suppose to stand for the right and then they do this to children. I would have a fit, If I sent a child to a school and a preist raped them. I am not saying homosexual is wrong or not, Only when children are involved. What one does is their business, they should keep it that way.

A belief in a god of some description is usually a job requirement for a priest so you will find that the vast majority believe in a god. You can be homosexual and believe in a god so the sexuality of the priest is not important.

There are a lot of gay priests because the religion teaches that gay people burn in hell, so gay Catholic men who take their religion seriously tend to think that that's the best option for them. Years of this unnatural sexual repression and denial, which is the real perversion, drives them nuts, and we wind up with the sex abuse scandal.
There are few atheist priests because atheists don't believe in God.

How would you know this? Have you investigated every priest in the world? Why are you making ignorant prejudicial statements against priests who have dedicated their lives to Jesus. And even if they were homosexual, so what! As long as they live their vow of celibacy, they can still be a holy priest. So keep your ignorant attacks to yourself.
