My five year old DOES do physical activity but we live in Phoenix and it's 115 degrees right now and outside play is kind of off limits!

She goes to a summer athletic program and she can play on certain approved sites online if I deem appropriate!

If you don't want your child online, that's fine. Do be hating because I let my child play where she's safe!!!

He's a five year old right?
Well I'm a 14 yr. old girl and I have Two younger sisters 12 & 10 yr. old and I have a younger brother who is 4 yr. old,
My brother Loves to play online that's why I know what to answer.......Let him play educational online games.
Here's my few suggestions:

This is the games that is rightful for a younger kids:

*Miniclips.com
Because there are lots of games that he would enjoy BUT if he's gonna play those multiplayer games you better select safe chat so that he couldn't chat bu if you want to it's okay coz nothing is wrong because bad words are not alowed there.
*Noggin.com
you know the show noggin that childrens watch?
that's an educational site or games.
*FunBrain.com
Kids can brush up on their math and languages skills by plying this games.
*wacky Tales mad libs
children loves making these funny stories and it'll be fun coz they're gonna learn parts of speech.
That's all that I can help.....This is what i do to my dear liltle brother.
Hope you appreciate this.;)

Club Penguin is the coolest thing on the internet for young kids of all ages. This site also has the best parent controls. You won't be disappointed. Also, I have found it real easy to spend time with my kids on this site. Some of the other kids sites they go on are just so ridiculous.

my 6 year old son loves nickjr.com, pbskids.org, and treehousetv.com

the games are pretty self explanatory and he is able to figure them out himself.
one problem...sometimes they like playing on it too much and it is hard to get them off the computer. I usually set a time limit and he loves to be able to click the "x" to close the browser which makes him more willing to move onto something else than if I close the browser for him

A playground, the back yard, the zoo, a skating rink. A five year old doesn't NEED to be on the internet. A five year old needs to be outdoors playing rather than vegetating.
