It's a little strange. It means "I love you, honey, you are my sweetheart and my lips.

'Buza' means lip in Romanian and is probably a pre-Roman word. The Latin word for "lips" is labia.

I love you sweetheart,you are my dear and my lips.It may sound strange but this is the correct translation..."iest" is in fact "esti".
