I thought I would do something nice to my girlfriend. We have been together for 7 years. Today I got up at 6 o’clock (Sunday morning); I was tiptoeing so not to wake her up. It was bloody raining and I forgot my umbrella. Anyway, I got her yellow roses (to be original) and Crème Brule (her favourite). I woke her up with a big smile and kissed her on her cheek and I told her “I love you”. She smiled back and it melted my heart.

We slowly got up and I carried her to the kitchen. She asked me “You forgot to get bread”
Bloody cheek

I am still expecting a blo w job

Her telling you forgot BREAD doesn't make her ungrateful. She didn't throw the roses back in your face did she. & i don't think it was that romantic or nice of you seeing as you only did it to get something back in return. If you did it just to make her smile cos you love her than yeh it would have been but all you wanted is the BJ. You don't deserve any gratification.

Well, after 7 years, you know each other better. You know how she reacts to things and to you. However, its irrelevant. This was about food, and not romance. I'm not siding her, on the other hand. There is always a nicer way of expressing opinions. Its true you forgot bread and she would have appreciated if you had bought her a loaf, and on the contrary, she did not put it into consideration that you were soaking wet out of love for her. And this hurt you, and its justified. You know the best way? Talk to her about this. Perhaps she would realise how lucky she is to have someone who would wake up one day and think of her, and goes an extra mile to brave the rains just to make her day! Good luck.

I think she was disappointed there were no bread to meet her breakfast, just as that. Whatever your view be as a man with responsibility.
