A charitable organization that takes underwear donations & mends?

Within the last month I heard mention of a charitable organization that takes underwear donations and mends the underwear for distribution to the needy. I can't find reference to it anywhere.
HELP!

I heard this on the radio in the Cleveland, Ohio area. I believe a celebrity was promoting it.

Are you sure it was for real? Why would they take used underwear and fix it, when new underwear doesn't cost that much? If you're looking for a group locally, try www.guidestar.org. You can search for local organizations that help the poor and search on the word "clothing."
