#1 Maybe the phone company will give you another phone number.

#2. Tell the CR company you will complain to the FTC.

Depends on your State of Residence as to what you can and cannot do with Creditors. In many states you have the ability to tell the collector that they are no longer allowed to call you. Period. With each call, the calling company racks up fines and fees.

Contact a local Credit Counseling service. They should know your states laws. Good luck!!!

Tell the comany that they have the wrong number and to STOP calling your number. This works, they get paid for getting the person who owes to pay. Be very firm with them, letting them know NOT to call you again! Best Wishes!
