I am sick to death of teenage drinkers , smokers and fighters rule the streets ! I often feel intimidated =[ I just wanted to know if anyone could sugest a place where this dosent happen often because i want to move ??

Yeah it's called Whitesburg, Ky;..it is a one horse town where ppl still go to bed at night and leave their doors unlocked. It is a small mining town, where ppl sit on their porches and actually talk to their neighbors instead of trying to break into their house. It is a place where the kids start kindergarten together and graduate High School together. It is a wonderful country town where ppl care for each other...and still believe in morals and values, something that the urban places of today know nothing about. When you say street gang in Whitesburg, they think you are talking about Jim Bob, Henry, and Lytle playing their bangos for the neighborhood......

Most small towns are free of the gangs. They can't hide during the day and come out at night without being seen.
There would be a lot less IF the adults would take control and drop some hammers. Pops

Don't go to Grimsby in England because it's mob rules there. Immingham wouldn't be too great either and it smells from the refineries.
Lexington Ky and the surrounding area is very pleasant. Nice small town feel and everyone knows everyone.

I can highly recommend Bootle, Liverpool. Lovely place with no street crime. Three-bed terraces go for about £30,000 so plenty of affordable housing stock.

Unfortunately this is pretty much every where you go.
The country side is generally quieter.
