I go for looks instinctly..kind of shallow I know..but I always discover how hot chicks are shallow and annoying and end up going after chicks with personality.

Depends on the guy, and the girl. Girls that appear easy and have no attributes past their phisical attractivness tend to be attractive for sex, because the guys see it as a no strings attached way to get off.
But at least in my opinion the ones that you are attracted to for a relationship tend to have overall qualities, both looks and a desirable personality, I say desirable because my version of desirable is going to differ from the next guy and so on.

If it is just for sex, men usually get attracted to a very hot, inviting and beautiful sexy gal. By nature, men are actually quite oppurtunist for having sex that means they just do it if invited. But for a relationship, men have a tendency to crave for a true love from someone special, who he thinks is beautiful, compassionate, talented and good-hearted woman.
