Okay, so my boyfriend (of 6 months) and I got in a fight last night/this morning. I basically told him that I need to feel like he wants me... he doesn't show much love and affection and it drives me crazy. I want him to give me a little more attention, physically and emotionally. Well, it came down to me saying "the difference between us us that I'm in love with you". All he had to say... "I'm sorry that you're in love with me"... WTF? He also said things like, 'I can't give you want you want right now' and something about him having other things to take care of before he lets himself fall in love again. After that, I left, of course. I don't know what my next step should be. I've decided to not take his calls or anything over the next few days and wait for him to work at fixing things. What would you do? Why do you think he said such horrible things to me? I mean, we've talked about moving in together, getting married, having kids... why did he do this?

The part that sucks is that you're in love with him. I mean it's a beautiful thing to be in love with someone, but even more beautiful to be in love with someone that is in love with you back.
If he's not able to give you what you need, then he should have been more aware of that less than 6 months into the relationship. That's not fair to you, leading you on and making you think that you'd be settling down with this guy.
I'm sorry, hun, but you need to think about what you want, and what you need out of a relationship. There's someone else out there that is willing to be there for you 100%, no matter what.
Sounds to me like he's not quite grown up yet, and you both should go your separate ways, he's a waist of time, especially if you are ready to settle and he's not.

If you have been dating for that long and he doesn't love you, he is not worth it.
probably you will be mad at answers like this cause it is not easy to just get over someone, but hanging over a guy who can't love you isn'tr heathy at all.
