So when I list the song and who it is by, do I list the singer/band or the composer?

Either way: you can say, "as sung by. . . . ." and name the singer or you can say, "composed by" or "written by".
Sometimes listing the singer makes the song more recognizable to the general public and usually there is a composer of music and a writer of words on most songs- usually different people.
Happy Wedding!!!

You would list who is performing it. If you have a soloist you would list her name. If you have a string quartet, you would list all of their names.

You would only include singer/band if you are playing a cd. The performance of an arrangement is who gets the credit. In the case of playing a cd, the performer is the singer on the cd.
