He and I are very attracted to each other. He doesn't approach me about relationships though. He expressed to me yesterday that he does get intimidated by beautiful and powerful women. I don't understand why. He has a new girlfriend (young, no car, but she works). I don't understand why he needs a more dependent woman rather than a successful woman. And even though he's with her, he still expresses his attraction towards me. What do I do? I'm hopeless :(

Well, I think it's a pride issue. A woman supporting a man, and more powerful. I personally wouldn't mind at all.

He's a guy..he likes the attention from all women...but he IS in a relationship with someone else. Leave him alone and find a single unattached guy. If you are beautiful, powerful and successful as you claim, you should have no problem finding many that want what you have to offer. Yes, most are intimidated by women of your stature unless they are at or above you. Some will go for you because they want to be taken care of, so be careful with that too! But leave this poor guy alone, he's taken...and very intimidated.

You need to become un-attracted to each other. He's playing you and his new girlfriend. While she's at work, he's going to put the moves on you. He's bad news, sorry. lol.
