well im 14 almost 15 and i've just started liftin weights(dumbells) 10 pounds each....i lift them 12 times and do 3 reps. i do this in the morning and before going to sleep every day.....im also planning to start doing aerobics and working out my abs.

12 is the number of reps you do, 3 is the number of sets you do.

Weightlifting doesn't stunt your growth at all.

It causes your body to release extra testosterone and human growth hormone - which will only make you grow more.

No, just use common sense and don't over do it. You can cause damage to new growth bones and your back if you over do it.
