I am going to the beach very soon and I would love to have nice abs!! Please HELP!!!

i know exactly what you need!

okay, for the next few days before your vacation this is what you need to do...

1. eat less calories (duhh) this will help to quicken the whole process

2. go jogging once a day (or any other kind of fat burning excerise.. you can't have nice abs if your all flab!)

3. do 10 reps of these crunches:

regular crunch (when you go up squeeze your stomach.. kind of like flexing the muscles.. hold it for like a second)

a regular crunch but go up to the right (same thing as above but this time go to the side to work on the sides of your abs)

same thing as above but to the left

leg lifts (put your thumbs together and lay on your hands like under your butt, lift your legs up and hold it for a second, then lower them)

bicycles (an old classic, but these work ever part of your abs)

hip rock (rest your head in your hands with your elbows spread wide apart, your head SHOULD NOT be touching the floor for this one, put your feet together and rock your hips back and forth.



do all of this and you will have some very sexy abs!

oh and i almost forgot.. drink more water.. water fills you up so you won't want alot of food. this is NOT being anorexic. this just simply means less snacks. whenever you feel a craving for some chips or another unhealthy snack get your water out!

You already have abs (everyone is born with them), but if you want to define them then you need to start doing crunches. If you have any fat to lose as well you will want to do some cardio too.

well how soon.. it takes a while to get abs... you have them already you just have fat covering the muscle.. so do some crunches and loose some fat... and that will probly take a while.
