How do you record tv shows on an emerson vcr?

All VCRs are pretty much the same

Hit record and starts recording the show you are watching
Hist stop, and it stops recording

Or if there is an OTR button, you can use OTR to record for 30 min, 1 hr, 1.5 hr, etc.

If you want to program a recording, hit menu or something similar (setup?), go to timer recording and follow the steps to enter the appropriate info (channel, day, time, etc.)
