might be a bone spur or plantar fascia (I had this from walking). you need an x-ray to confirm. see a podiatrist and get a cortizone shot or get orthodics for your shoes. The orthodics helped me.

You don't say who is prescribing the meds for you, but you should be seeing a psychiatrist during this time too. It is not unusual for someone with a head injury to get depressed while recuperating. However, docs shouldn't just hand out mood altering medications without recommending time for you to talk about what you are going through. The meds and the talking go hand in hand. Especially since everyone reacts to the meds differently and some meds don't work for everyone either. You are obviously having issues with the meds so you need to find out if you have other options. Please talk to your parents, go to a psychiatrist and work with your doc towards getting back to normal and off the meds. I don't know how bad your head injury was but just remember it will take time to heal. Good luck!
