I am trying to install a remote for the door but i dont seem to know how or if my car is not equipped with this feature i am confused because my car comes with everything power.Can anybody please help me????

Call your local mercury dealers parts dept. Give them the Vin number and thet can tell you if your car has keyless entry from the factory.

Some did, some didn't come with keyless remote... apparently you can't try the old trick of cycling the key to find out if it came equipped or not according to the owners manual.. my suggestion may be to go to the dealer and have them look it up by the vin number.. some they can find out, some they can't.. if not you are stuck letting them try to program one for you to find out
