So no one can break in & vandalize them, by ripping out the sinks, or flood the bathrooms by plugging the sinks with paper towel, then turning the water on, or break into the vending machines & steal condoms, etc.

Haha cuz crazy people sleep in them or do drugs in them late at night. I remember when my friends and I stopped at a gas station at around 3am I went to use one of the restrooms and found a very very stoned dude in the girls bathroom.

gasolines don't have bathroom doors. I think you mean service stations. And they do this to stop the vandalism and to keep people from sleeping in there.
