why would you need a website to tell you what to do. weight loss is pretty simple, but it requires alot of will power.

you gotta eat healthy. no sodas, fatty foods etc. try eating salads and eat smaller portions.

also alot of cardio exercises like running can help you burn the fat.

its easy to know how to lose weight, its just hard for some to actually do it.

also, the above guy is wrong, drinking cold water burns calories since your body burns calories to heat the water up to body temperature.

Yes, Ive seen it. I even paid for the diet plan!
They say it works, but what you eat is so restrictive I think it would be really hard to keep to it - even for the 11 days that they recommend. It seems to be about food combining - which whilst it probably does make you loose weight I think as soon as you were to eat a normal diet again the weight would probably come back too.
So - unless you are really good at keeping to an incredibly strict diet I wouldn't bother! Good luck though

I took a look at it. I have lost over 30 pounds since April 9 with a reduced fat, reduced calorie diet. It looks like a lot of bunk to me.
