I am learning French, and I am just curious of what some of the most difficult languages in the world are. What are some of the most difficult languages throughout the world???

Asian languages are the most difficult and English is the 3rd most difficult.
The reason being that the asian languages are malotical not just words, tones play into it.
With English it's because of the many words that are spelled the same with different meanings and the ones that are spelled differently that sound the same.
Like check / cheque, they are both pronounced the same but have totally different meanings or as the Amn's say check/check with the same spelling and different meanings.

Chinese for example is very difficult from what I've heard French is also relatively difficult compared to others such as German(easy IMO)

Definately Sanskrit and Tamil. Malayalam is another really HARD one. Even Hindi speakers have a hard time learning all these tongue-twister south Indian languages!

Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, French, Italian, and Greek in my opinion. One easy interesting language for me is German. I guess it pays to be 50% Pennsylvania Dutch.

well the hardest languages are english and chinese/japanese but i think that the Germanic languages are difficult because they use different symbols especially in Icelandic!

French, Japanese or Chinese. Oh and Russian. I think it would be difficult to learn Norwegian as well.

Well I speak English. But I think its Spanish for me thats hard. But I did here that other people that don't know English its the hardest language ever for them!
