Think about the guy who did the shooting at Virginia Tech.
People and professors expressed their concern, and yet their worries were not followed-up on.

One of the reasons we dislike a person is for the way they act and think. People can be fearful of a person's words or behavior. A mental health problem can be the cause of dangerous or disruptive or illegal behavior. Still, this person has a family, too, people who care about him, even if they are afraid of him. I believe the answer to your question is YES.

no. I know this one guy who treat people like sh%^ and instead of apologysing for his action- he blames it on having mental problems. I too have mental problems so I can sympathize. but it is a whole different story when they tryo to get away with acting a certain way because they say they are insecure. We are all insecure and I know how hard it is- but I will not let someone treat me any which way, b/c they have a disorder.
