Long grain white rice is usually the only type that I keep in my pantry but I make a lot of spanish rice.

I tend to have brown rice as it mixes nicely with ground beef and the non-rice eaters don't even know that they are eating rice.
Long grain, long cooking white rice rice.
Wild Rice that isn't rice but looks the part and sushi rice. I do like sushi.

Brown, jasmine, calrose (sushi) and wild or black. And, except for the sushi rice, I prefer long grain.
