there is alot of stuff out there and i would just like to know what to use

You dont need all that stuff out there. All you need is a lot of protien. Chicken, eggs,steak, penuts. and so on.

the training program determines the rate of strength progression the diet has little effect on that unless there is a caloric deficit.

if you want to be strong follow a training routine that is based on compound movements using progressive resistance. if you want big muscles along with the above you need to consume a caloric excess for an extended period of time. the diet determines the size of the muscles, weight training only creates the neccessary stimulus.

Weightlifting

Protein and weightlifting, you could try dumbells, bench, squat, power-clean, etc.

also look for pound for pound guides, it's like pushup and pull-up, etc. workouts that are tuff but don't require equipment

Eat lots of protein and weightlift.
Though, if you do weight training on your arms one day, do your legs the next.
Your muscles need time to rebuild themselves and if you don't let them rest, they break down.
