I am on the road and still want a protein shake. Can I make a shake in the morning and put it a lunch cooler until I drink it later? Will I lose any of the protein or anything else by letting it set there so long?

no problem, but since most shakes are made with milk proteins once put in solution it really needs to be kept cold.

one thing you don't want to do is add creatine monohydrate or L-Glutamine into a shake that is not being consumed immediately. neither of them remain stable when placed in solution, you have to use L-Glutamine Peptides and creatine ethyl-ester for that

I dont think so. I think you can make it then put it on ice. You could also put a scoop of powder protein in a cup with a lid and then just fill it with, Ice, water, milk, etc and shake it up when you're ready to drink it. Or you could just buy isopure protein drinks from GNC. You got mad options bro. You'll be straight either way.

Ideally you should always drink protein shakes immediately, but if it's stored in the fridge it should last 4 hours no probs.
