I started this thread because there is not a lot of info out there...

My racial background is 1/2 Black, 1/2 White, so hair can be unruly. I do straighten my hair with Olive Oil Organic Root Relaxer, this has worked the best for me...least breakage. My hair a little is past shoulder length...

-Pantene Pro-V Relaxed & Natural for Women of Color-Excellent Suff! If they ever discontinue it, I will freak out....this is the best Conditioner & Shampoo I have ever tried, and I have tried a lot. I do not have to add anything to my hair when I use this...
-MixedChicks.com has nice products too
-A dab of Almond Oil worked through hair before blow drying straight, or using large barrel curling iron to add bounce and definition. This can be from the Natural Food Store or someplace like Henry's or Wild Oats
-Frederic Fekkai Technician Conditioner For Dry, Damaged, Color-Treated Hair

I do highlight my hair dark blonde on occasion, no real breakage

Check up AVON coz they have lot of advanced techniques for hair-styling and also moisturisers which could possibly help you best. See their new catalogue listed here and set up a date with a professional advisor or shop online at www.avon.com. it will also cost you less.
