If I have properly read the book of REVELATIONS he could well be here already. The book doesn't say he will appear from nowhere, it says "He will be revealed." So if he has a normal life expectancy, he could have already gone through puberty, college and his first job by now. He could very well be somewhere working his contacts, setting up to make his move when the time is ripe.
The first clue will be the Rapture of the Church. When a bunch of Christians suddenly disappear, he will know his time is at hand, and so will you.

allot people make the "anti Christ" seem so mysterious. Anti=Against, and Christ = Jesus, so ANY person, Any organization that oppose Christ/Jesus and Jesus' true followers on earth 2day then they are the anti Christ,

He's already come and gone many times, and he will continue to come and go again, and again, until human beings rise up together against all despotic evil dictators instead of continually and idiotically trying to appease them or profit from them.
Oh, as far as the supernatural aspect, read Harry Potter. He's more entertaining.

They've been predicting his coming since Nero was throwing Christians to the lions, every turn of the century, every passing of Haley's Comet, and i'm sure hundreds of other points in history....are you one of them there soothsayers too?
