I WAS JUST EXACTLY IN THE SAME POSITION AS YOU GURL Last year when I was 13 I was pretty chubby from eating junk food and not working out so over the summer I pushed myself about 4-5 days a week to work out. I would ride my bike around the neighbor hood for 20 mins...then I would do 10 push ups and 20 crunches then I would work on the cycler/treadmill for 20 mins and lift small barbells about 20 times on each arm. I did this 5 days a week throughout the whole summer and lost 17lbs! I can actually see my waist now and growing a 4 pack. SO all you gotta do is do what I did and don't eat any fast food or soda...just substitue juice and water for soda, substitue fruits for chips and eat healthy. Aviod junk food. Do this throughout the summer and you'll end up like me. Im 14 now, and my body is look great then how it used to when I was 13. Do what I did this summer and it'''ll work. Just 5 days a week ;) Don't ever give up

I lost weight through healthy eating and exercise...
I exercised morning when I got up and before I went to bed, usually sit ups, press ups, Running on spot, skipping....and also went for a walk or cycle after school
I also made sure to try and have reasonable portions of food and ate 3 proper meals a day. and would snack on fruit if I felt hungry
Don't starve yourself,or skip meals...it will slow down your metabolism and youll just put on any weight you loose when you start eating again

i chanced on the e book to be very informative and elementary to study. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm in simple terms in contact that i'm dropping too plenty weight, too rapidly. i'm going to admit i've got not observed the handbook precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed meals and meal plans (yet customarily) and doing little or no workout, however the load retains flying off. It needless to say works and if i might observed it precisely i think of it would scare the living daylights out of me as a results of quantity that i might lose. So thank you lower back for the advice. i've got in no way offered something like this in the previous as a results of fact they're frequently full of trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful marvel. get all started on the instant!

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
