Burned to death...there is a reason hell is gonna be fire and not papercuts, God must know that fire is more painful, and keep in mind, he was tortured before he was crucified. Also, I have a friend that works for the fire department, and he said that in house fires that most people that die do so from smoke inhalation..you can always tell the ones that burn to death because they will curl up in the fetal postion. I dont see how anything can be more painful.

well thats a good one,fire would be the worse i think,but the most pain full,would go like this.my wife has bone marrow cancer.she has been under docs care for3and 1/2 years.it will kill me if she does not recover.and the most painful way for me would be die without her being there for me.

well, i don't know the most painful, yeah, ripping apart is pretty grody, but a very painfull way of dying, is actually knowing it is comming, knowing that you are gonna die must be very painfull to face.
