I know what traditional Catholicism is, and I've seen the pagan fruits of "progressive" Catholicism (reiki, enneagrams, etc). But what is a "Moderate progressive" Catholic, and what does that entail.

Serious responses only, please no anti-Catholicism. I'm looking for an accurate definition or characterization. Thanks :)

Sorry, there was supposed to be a question mark after the word "entail" on the first paragraph. It's a question.

In short they believe that the Church is a democracy and the majority rules --- not God. Slowly but, surely the Church is coming back around and everything should be back in good order soon. Many assaults on the Church over the ages but, she is still alive and strong.

Unfortunately since Vatican ll certain Catholics have taken the freedom it brought a little too far and tend to go to extremes that too be kind are on the very outer edge of Catholicism, they do in fact move the goalposts in areas that are already controversial i.e, they tend towards pro-choice and many constantly challenge the Holy Father on various matters pertaining to faith and morals.
One only has to seee a trend here of near rebellious behavior that if not checked may well lead to schism.

Dear mysoul,

A sinner that needs the Lord Jesus Christ as personal Saviour. Don't you realize the "church age" ended in 1988? We are in the latter part of the Great Tribulation (Matthew 24). I suggest you Google the sources I have listed.

"For many are called, but few are chosen."
