this is generally when i eat out. i eat the same things out that i do at home. varies....beef,paste,seafood, etc

Then I suggest you stick with the home cooking. I think if you really made a list of what you eat at the restaurants something is different in the food group. Perhaps they use an ingredient that your system is sensitive to.

I had the same problem for a long time ... After useing the process of elimination I find it has to do with GREASE,SEASONING and SANITATION !!! Go to new places that you have never been before and try that.

I think it is the additives that are put into fast food places..Plus all the grease.
