i am wanting o loose about 40 or fifty pounds the fastest way possible any body know the fastest way to do it no way to the gym or money lol so helppppppppppp

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I am doing Kimkins Diet and honest--I have lost 10lbs in the first week. I was skeptical at first because all the claims sounded too good to be true, but the plan really does work. The intent of Kimkins is to help people lose weight FAST.

I know you said money is a concern, but the Kimkins plan costs 60 bucks for a lifetime membership. They don't require you to buy nasty meals or goofy supplements and the foods on the plan are easily (and affordably) purchased at any grocery store.

You have to eat the correct amount of calories, maintain a healthy lifestyle, and EXCERCISE!
You may not have a way to go to the gym, but that doesn't mean you can't get excercise! Crunches, jogging, walking, sit ups, leg lifts. Ask someone you know if they have videotapes that they can lend you.
You will lose no weight in any diet without exercising regularly!

AND... no diet pills.
