Let's remember that "science" defines itself as looking for "naturalistic" explanations of origins. Therefore if the facts point toward a supernatural explanation, science will not be able to give you an answer without violating its underlying assumptions.
But let's take what we know from science. Steven Hawking et al tell us that all natural things have their origin in the Big Bang. Everything, including time itself, began as an infinitely small dot containing all the matter in the universe.
Science also tells us that every effect must have a cause. The BIg Bang was a big effect -- an explosion that started the whole universe going -- so it must've had a cause. (This is actually the root of your question: What is that cause?)
Since the Big Bang contained all the matter in the universe, then the cause of the Big Bang cannot be natural, because a thing can't cause itself. It must be supernatural.
That supernatural cause of the Big Bang -- Aristotle's Uncaused Cause -- is the God I believe in. Proven here scientifically to exist.
Since he is outside of nature (and even time) it's unlikely that we can communicate with him without his cooperation. In fact he needs to reveal himself to us in order for us to know a single thing about him. He's completely outside everything we comprehend.
Interestingly, in the Bible we find the only God who has done just that: Deigned to reveal himself to his creation. Reading the Bible we discover a God who is said to have created all things by simply speaking them into existence. This matches the kind of pre-existent, all-powerful being we postulated in our scientific proof above.
As we read on we discover that God created human beings with the intent of them having a life in paradise. God would supply all their needs and they would have direct communication with him. Unfortunately, they disobeyed God and we've been messed up ever since.
There's more, of course, but all you asked about was origins. So that's the scientific explanation, assuming you believe in a "science" that doesn't rule out some explanations a priori but instead is willing to look at all the evidence.
If someone tries to give you a truly naturalistic explanation they're going to have a hard time explaining the origin of all natural things. That's the hole in their boat that they fail to see.
Good question.

Humans came from evolution, the process under which all things go such that what can self-propagate best becomes more prevalent...
As for the universe itself, it has always been, though it came to be in its current form when two branes collided in 9-dimensional space, making the big bang occur...

I think something has always existed (like Christians say about their god), and that something expanded. It is not the case that a anti-scientific god created everything, that just leaves us with the question: who or what made this god?

Well, your Daddy liked your Mommy, they dated, rented a really nice movie, then your Daddy and your Mommy did a fun dance, and, 9 months later, you were here.
I Thought you would have known this already, but I'm glad to help you out on where people come from.

I heard that men are from Mars and women are from Venus. That would mean that they have been meeting in the middle since the beginning.

Dear pics,
God made man out of the dust of the earth. That is why all the elements in the human body can be found in the earth. That is Bible.
