First of all, peak is not important, RMS is what is the most important variable. If your speakers are however bigger in wattage than your total amp power, don't worry. A speaker cannot draw any more power than the amplifier puts out. I think you will be alright as long as you dont mess with the fade controls to extremes.

First of all, what's the RMS power rating of the speakers and the amplifier? Peak power ratings are useless information.

An amplifier that's rated at 400 watts can actually produce quite a bit more than 400 watts when you turn it up all the way. 400 watts is just the limit to what it can produce without audible distortion. If driven into clipping, it might be producing 600 watts or more. So even if the speakers are rated for more power than the amp is rated to produce, it doesn't mean you can't blow them.

Take the time to adjust the gain settings correctly, lay off the bass boost, and if the speakers sound strained or distorted, TURN IT DOWN. If you do this then your speakers should be safe even if they're not perfectly matched to the amp.

If it is a 4 ch. amp, which I am guessing it is. Then, it might not. You want to stay below the RMS wattage of a speaker. The amp is 400 watts and at 4 ch. that is 100 watts per speaker. The two 200 peak speakers are probably 100 RMS which should be fine. The smaller 125 peak are a question because they are more then likely 75 RMS a piece. It might blow these and it might not. I wouldn't take that chance myself.

Get an Equalizer or a Crossover which changes the bass to go to your bigger speakers and treble to your smaller speakers. I have a pioneer Graphic EQ 350$ brand new and you would be surprised of the difference.
