absolutely... if you lost weight fast, you will gain it back fast.... and we are all crazy to think we have to be skinny........ 11 lbs in four weeks is a lot. drink lots of water.... by eating well.. I don't know what you mean because eating well can be different.... just because it says natural or less calories does not mean it is healthy....... When I wanted to lost weight. I ate whatever i wanted..... I just cut it in half and gave it back even at a restaurant. I was a long distance runner, a swimmer, sailor, scuba...... weight loss should be a very slow process or it will just come back..... by not knowing how pardon me fat you are this is a hard question to answer.....

At 4-6 weeks you will plateau. You run around all day at work, come home, and then do more cardio?!! All cardio is doing is burning your muscle. You need to start strength training. The more muscle you have, the quicker you burn calories, the faster the fat comes off, and when it does, you're left with that toned look that most people are going for. Put together routines for yourself covering your whole body by looking in fitness magazines (but push harder than those magazines, they have to be safe in what they put in there). If you have enough money, get a personal trainer. It'll save you a lot of hassle of changing your entire program every 4-6 weeks due to plateau. Great job eating right!! Keep that up, and make sure you're taking a multivitamin and protein! Good luck.

yeah that's normal. here are some tips:

mix up your calorie count. when you cut them all of a sudden, you body tries to protect you so you stop losing weight.

so yo may need to have a cheat meal every week.

mix up your exercise. that could be intensity, duration, actually exercise. don't let your body get used to anything.

be sure you're drinking enough water and i don't mean the normal 64oz. you probably need at least 120 oz every single day. that's like a gallon. when you drink enough water, you body gets rid of it's water "stores" because it knows it's about to get some more water and it flushes you out. not only that, it increases your liver function which is an organ that helps you burn fat!

not to worry though, friend, even though the scale says you're not losing, you're probably gaining muscle and losing fat, which means you are still looking thinner and getting thinner.

be encouraged......bK.

most likely you aren't consuming enough calories now with the added level of daily activity from the active job. you should be consuming whatever the caloric requirments for your BMR is and multiply that times 1.5

so if your BMR is 1600 cals you should be consuming

1600 x 1.5 = 2400 cals

start here for several weeks and see if there is any weight loss. if not decrease the cals by 10% each week until there is. monitor your body fat % bi-weekly so you can make changes to your diet accordingly
