I started to make one today and when I finished readind how to make it it said " leave it still for a couple of weeks " bot how do you know when its done . so im asking you

Wow...thanks for bringing back that memory :) Two weeks is fine unless you want larger rocks. The longer the larger, until all the sugar is absorbed. I would think a week and a half would be perfect, depending on your humidity. Once you are happy with it have one for me!!!

Rock candy (also called rock sugar) is a type of confectionery composed of relatively large sugar crystals. when the candy is hard enough when u touch it. it shouldnt fall off.
