Lately i've noticed numbness in my fingertips and toes , toes more often - anybody experience something similar? What could it be? How do i stop it? I know any answers aren't a substitute for a doctor, just looking for some ideas. Anyone?

I have the same thing and don't know why yet. I also recently got it on my face. I don't know if its peripheral neuropathy or something to do with circulation or the blood vessels or whatever. I don't have diabetes which is a common cause for numbness in the extremities. Good luck. If you smoke, it could be the start of Buerger’s Disease, but I don't think that is very common???
