You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

I dont know if anyone here has heard of this, but I know i was trying to loose the belly fat after having two kids, and i saw some info-mercial for "hip hop abs" and i love to exercise, but sometimes it gets boring, and i love to dance, so i figured screw it, and i ordered it!! OMG it works sooooooooooooooooooo good..... as long as you do it right, and eat healthy while doing so. I have only been doing it for like a month now, but seriously, i lost like 4 inches in my stomach in about 4 weeks. no joke! its great and i recommend it to all! it may be pricey for some people, i paid 3 payments of $19.99 which i didnt think was that bad. but if you want to find something that works, try that... i even tried pilates b4 that, and it didnt help, but the hip hop abs tapes do! good luck.....

i do 200 sit-ups a day( put legs vertically up on a couch or chair, etc) or more.... eat smaller portions of food and in about 2 weeks you should be able to see the results (depends on how much belly fat you have!)

everybody wants to get rid of excess belly fat so dont feel alone!there are just a couple of steps to get your best body.
1.find out your body shape to expect what results are. hourglasses are busty,have wide hips, and a small waistline. pears are noticably smaller on top and big on bottom. cones are big on top and small on bottom. and finally, sqaures are about the same throughout.
2.eat well. limit startchy foods. while digesting them they make you seem puffy. salt also is bad. limit hot dogs,pickles,french fries,etc. veggies,protein, and fruit is your best bet!
3.get moving! cardio is excellant for belyl fat! if your not a running person try biking or rollerblading, or danceing!
aim for cardio for 20 minutes 3-5 times per week.
4.tone and get sexy muscles! buy some ab workouts or follow this plan:
2 sets,25 reps of twisting fro mside to side
2 sets,25 reps of crunches
2 sets,25 reps of lower crunches
5. get a great swimsuit for your shape and work it!!

my stomach wasnt the way i wanted it either, i realized i was eating too fast and to much so i cut back on big portions and snacking between meals and i started doing crunches and it dosent work overnight but ive been eating fruits and vegtables and walking my dog and it helped alot. i also started a thing with my friends where we all workedout together, we went biking swimming walking sometimes we even danced for an hour or two, hope this helps!

do alot of cardio work(swimming, running, cycling), and watch your calorie/fat intake, also a common myth is that doing cruches will burn belly fat, cruches define your ab muscles more and make them stronger but they don't burn fat

Cut back on your fat and sugar intake- Sugar turns into fat if you do not burn it. Do cardio, running is best.

You have to exercise. Run on the treadmill, do situps, do crunches, and most of all, avoid fatty foods.
