It seems that she likes you, and you can tell you like her, so ASK HER OUT...go to dinner then a movie,,ANYTHING just ASK HER OUT.

I am much older than you so here is my perspective. She is physically teasing you and that is keeping your hormones excited. She enjoys the feeling of control and power she believes this gives her. Both of you are too young to be playing these games.
You still have to go to college and then enter the workforce and live your life as an adult. Don't let things get out of hand; stop them before they start. You don't really KNOW this person with the limited bits of interaction you have had. Neither of you is a fully formed person yet.

wow!~well she obeously likes you so ask her out to a movie or something im sure thats what shes waiting for you to do bc girls never ask out guys!
