I live in North Carolina and I really enjoy Joel Osteen Ministries. Do you go to his church? Do you like him?

Joel Osteen is a fine young preacher. He has a beautiful family. His wife is gorgeous. His mother is a devout woman of God. I knew his dad before him and I know he is looking down from heaven smiling on his son.

Joel works hard at teaching "perfect love casts out all fear."
When you leave his service you always feel better about who you are in Christ. I do not attend his church because it is across town. I take my daughter at least once a month to Hermann Hospital and we pass right by Lakewood Church.
Joel is the type of preacher that gets young people in the door and gets them feeling good about themselves, before he drills the Word of God into them. I've heard some say that he is a "feel good" preacher, but there is nothing wrong with that. Does he love the Lord? Yes Does he accept everyone into his church? Yes he does. His church has many faithful elders. Joel can get people coming to church that would never come to a conventional church. His dad had the same gift. He is a shining light in this big city of Houston, Texas.

I live in Houston. I do not particularly like Joel Osteen, no. His preaching is all about the feel good and his listeners miss out on the truth, a lot. I have never been to his church, I attend another. I have heard him on t.v. and read his book. Which was chunked halfway through.
