is it good to do cardio every single day, and is that realistic? I'm seriously comtemplating it for maximum fat loss (I do weights too so please don't lecture me on that..... :-) ) I just know that cardio in the morning on an empty stomach is good for maximum fat loss. What do you think is a good cardio regimen?

It's recommended that you get 30-60 minutes of cardio activity seven days a week, not just for weight loss or maintaining your weight, but for the health benefits. I think doing cardio everyday is a realistic goal. I started off doing 10 minutes on the stairmaster everyday, then 20, then 30, and now I'm up to 45 minutes per day. Once you get your mind used to the fact that your body needs it to be healthy, it's not that difficult to keep up with. Good luck!

Do cardio 30min-1hr, 5 days a week. Drink plenty of water. You can do it in the morning on empty stomach, it will accelerate your metabolism. You'll be hungrier, but you'll burn more calories. Cardio can make you feel tired at first, but after a while is really helpful. Try the treadmill, the elliptical (the best one) and the stairs.

I do cardio everdyay, twice a day! Haha, it's very realistic once you're used to it. I'll do basic running for 45-60 minutes in the mornings and evenings, and if I get bored throughout the day, I'll just get on the bike for an hour or so!

well i no tht if u do running everyday-a form of cardio,and u over work urslef,u can have some health problems like an irrelgular period(by the look of ur pic u look like a girl) which can lead to ostiperosis and can damage ur knees. But if u do to much physical activity,u can come up with these and more problems. i dont no if tht helped but good luck!

Hello.

I do cardio 2x or 3x a week in between days that I lift. Usually I use the stair climbing machines, the stationary bicycle and the treadmill (sorry for the non-technical names of the equipment!).

Yes, it's good to do cardio everyday if you're able to. Just change it up, maybe running one day and biking the next.
