I'd like to know this answer myself. Me being a 29 yr old bi-sex male, I have yet to experience love and can't even tell you how it feels. I have been told that usually it takes time and you really cant experience love unless your truly content and in love with yourself as a whole. That's deep I know, but you cant love someone else if you don't really know yourself. One must be at peace with themselves and where there life is at that moment, then and only then may you truly feel the power of love for another.
And again, I've never been in love but I have been taking the steps to resolve my issues on why I think it hasn't occurred...

Love is when you can't get that paticular person off of your mind. You go into dream mode when you think of this person. You would take a bullet for them, do anything for them. You're willing to dedicate and care for this person for the rest of your life. Dont mistake the cliche love which is the one in the movies where all they do is makeout and such. The real love is not something that can be seen, but felt with intense feeling.

well, real love is complicated and this is where most women get confused about who they are in love with and men are a bit more clear on the issue. i dont know how old you are but here i go, i knew i was in love when i wanted to "make love" to her and not have sex. when i did make love i shook, which never happens. also, when i kissed her i smelled her skin and breath. hmm.. what else, oh yeah, when i was with her, there was no place id rather be and i would have gave my life for her. thats what love is baby. i dont know how you will truely know you are in love but if you notice the guy being like any of those things with you ...then he loves you.

When you think about each other all the time, are completely honest with each other and trust one another completely without being jealous. You will respect that person's privacy and give him space, but when you're with him you'll each grow together. There will be no abuse, just kindness, though there can be discussions. You'll not want to stay mad at one another, but work things out quickly.

it depends, how old you are, what experiences you have, how well you know this guy, and what it is about this guy that makes you have these feelings. Does he make you feel good about who you really are, does he know you that well, is he there when you need him, are you a better person when you're with him? True love takes time, sometimes a very long time. Thats how you know its true love, bc true love is patient, understanding, giving, forgiving, and selfless.

One way that you can tell that you're in love is when you're away from that special someone for more than a second and you can't seem to think about nothing else but him then, thats how you know you're in love. Or if you're around that special someone and they treat you with love and respect and you enjoy being around that person, then you're in love with them.

I think action speaks more than words. If both of you are doing something practical more you say "I love you". Then, that tells you are in love each other.

in my opinon when someone is truely inlove the mere thought of ever being with someone else sexualy will not appeal to you in any way what so ever you see hear smell breath and allways think of this person nobody will apeal to you if this has not happened then your not inlove yet and by the way the sex will be like never before.
