You want to focus on aerobic training in order to slim down and lose body fat. By working on the lower half of your body, you can help balance out your chest and shoulders. Look to perform exercises that are low-resistance and involve low repetitions, such as:
*stairclimbing
*walking on an incline
*running
*leg squats, leg presses, and deadlifts
You should try 8 Minute Abs and do it once everyday. If you need it faster, do this video once in the morning and once at night. Additionally, you really need a go on a healthy diet. A healthy diet is the most important part.

I would say the best exercises to tone your butt and legs are squats, lunges, and I can't forget about running, whether it be outside or on a treadmill. There are alot of other exercises too other than just the squat and lunge that are great for toning your butt, legs, and hips. Its just that squats and lunges are just more effective for a overall body appeal and its faster.

Heres two great videos showing you how to get your butt and legs looking nice. Do the workout once everyday or if you are in need of a really nice butt as fast as possible then I guess you could try to do it once when you wakeup in the morning and once before you go to bed. I would suggest you do the legs and the buns video rather than just doing the buns video by it self to give you a overall good appeal. If you can, you could combine them, do the 8 Minute Legs and then go straight to the buns video or you can take a little break, like for 1 - 2 minutes and then do the butt workout or just do them at different times of the day like do the leg workout when you wake up or sometime during the morning and then do the buns workout during the evening or at night. I actually tried both these videos and yes they are a really good workout and yes they both do work.

8 Minute Buns

On the 8 minute buns, I noticed one good exercise that they don't use, the Butt Bridge. I suggest that you incorporate this exercise anywhere in the video you like, or just at the ending of the video like I did. Do this exercise fully from bottom to top for 30 seconds and then do 15 - 20 seconds of shorter butt lift or what Jaime Brenkus would say, 15 - 20 short pops.

I weigh about the same as you, but remember that some people would kill for your body. the way that models stay thin is by starving themselves which is very unhealthy and it becomes an eating disorder that some peolpe have died from. I don't recomend it. What i do recomend is lots of exersize. Eat heathier foods liks salads and fruits. This doesn't mean that you can't have a treat once and a while. Try running about a mile to a 1/2 a mile in the mornings before you get to your daily activities.
I hope this helps!!!!!

Believe me. I have gone through the whole depression thing of wishing i looked like someone else in a magazine. You don't want to be there. Oh, and by the way, those people they put in magazines have all sorts of eating disorders. Do you really want to develope an eating disorder just to have a better body??? The healthier thing to do is to start running. It is good for you and it actually makes you feel better about yourself.

The harsh reality is there is no easy. Firstly, the models have a genetic advantage. Sad, but true. Secondly, they spend many hours in the gym working on their bodies as it is what they do for a living.
As with anything worth having, you have to put in the necessary work to keep a fit body.
Good Luck!

Resistance or weights works. That said, remember that the photos in the mags, ads, etc., are not what they seem. They have ALL been modified. These girls don't look exactly like that. I'm a professional make-up artist and, although I haven't practiced in years, am aware of how these are altered.

everyone is different! that's part of the beauty of the world. :) *cough cough* okay, so i'm not REALLY skinny, but i'm not really fat either.. i wear stuff i feel COMFORTABLE in, and yes, that does mean i will feel sexy.. because i am comfortable in my skin and happy. you need to learn to respect yourself a little more. when you wear what suits you and what you love, you will look great. who cares if you wobble a bit, haha. i have a little belly and when it wobbles a bit i feel cute! :3 if you wobble a bit, don't let it freak you out & make you self concious. to sum up my answer: no, you do not need a model body to wear "nice" clothes. =) yup!

Well I am sure they are rich enough to have a fitness trainer, a chef, and who ever else to take care of them... for them. I mean I am sure we could all look great if we had the money and time to have people take care of us 24/7. Plus they photoshop those girls in the magazine. I am sure they are still gorgeous in real life though. I also wish I looked like one of them.

a lot of those models have horrible bodies, a lot of the time it's the makeup that makes their bodies look so good, and if you saw those models in REAL life you would probably gag. it's only in photos that they look ok.
you just need to do pilates, that's it.. and maybe some running once in a while, nothig big. 120 is good, but i dont know your height so..

Models eat less to nothing at all, which isn't healthy so i don't recommend doing that. They also work-out a lot!
