You may want to go to the Doctors and see if you have a urinary tract infection.. A simply blood test or a urine test will show up any type of infection.

If you are currently doing exercises that you are not used to, such as abdominal cruches or other type using those particular muscles, you may have "thrown off" your ability to control the muscles for urination and have to stop doing the exercises for awhile...

My guess is the infection first, because women's bodies are so fragile and prone to infections, especially with the advent of Summer and getting into pools with chlorinated water, it sometimes messes with the urinary tract and gives women and girls a lot of trouble.

If your young, eat a couple of cups of yougart a week to help cut down on yeast infections, that can be cause by excessive chlorine in the water or even bubble baths!

I wish you well...

Jesse

I would go to the doctor asap. it sounds like it could be either a bladder or a urinary tract infection. if not taken care of this problem it could tuen into a kidney infection. Until you can get to the doctors drink plenty of cranberry juice it helps flush the system

Sometimes it may help to run the sink on a trickle, just enough to hear the sound of running water. Relax your mind and body. Sometimes it also helps to think of running water, like a waterfall or something.
