Most guys would be thrilled if a girl asked them out. Just make it easy and start out small. Go someplace not to fancy where you can talk without feeling to nervous. Oh, as far HOW to ask him, just ask if he wants to hang out with you sometime. That's all! Guy's are easy to please.

Why not just ask? How about this: Hi, I was wondering if you would like to have a cup of coffee (or dinner etc) with me?

I'm assuming you're in middle/high school. Just get to know him a little, then go "My friends are going out to see (movie name here) this weekend, you wanna go?" It's not that hard.

i would wait until he asks you out, but if you want to ask, then I would ask if he wnted to hang out, or go get pizza. ( food is the way to a man's heart.)
