I know exactly how you feel! I don't know too many people who don't. If you're happy with your weight, you have to learn to be comfortable with your body. Flaws and all!
If you're not, then go on a diet...Whatever it does to make yourself feel better!

I understand where your coming from and I'll will give an answer and I don't think it will help because sometimes you have to really dig deep inside and decide a way to feel better on your own if this doesn't work just remember always: Nobody is perfect you can look at others and see there flaws other times you do not see there flaw, but they always have a few. I also suggest not thinking about this or about flaws the only thing that humans are perfect in is being not perfect. Another way to think about it is at least your alive your healthy and I hope your happy too.

Really for me I don't feel ugly or anything. I love shopping for clothes. But please don't cry or anything it's all in your head. So when you ever go back shopping for clothes be happy and try what you feel in yourself. Also don't close your eyes just look the other way if you have to and think of something else! Then look how you look with the clothes you'd picked!

I only get upset if what I'm trying on doesn't fit and I really liked it, but there's no more of it in stock. The most self conscious I was in a dressing room was when I was shopping for a homecoming dress. Give it time, you'll feel more confident.

Yes I hate department store mirrors. First of all the lighthing is horrible, and your right about showing every flaw. The lighting makes my skin look yellow and my brown hair have a green tint to it. Further more they never seem to represent what something really looks like on you. I hate it.

I dont look in the mirror untill i have my clothes on either and even then i know that i see it worse than it actually is gona be. Dressing rooms have bad light which makes shadows on all of your flaws and accentuates them. I have been only in one store where they had great mirrors and lights - actually it was one of Old Navy stores - the trick - bigger dressing cabins which gives you more light and bottom of mirrors were slightly elevated which makes you look leaner:-) i couldnt get enough of myself there

Yes, omg that happened to me yesterday. I'm overweight, i haven't lost my pregnancy weight yet and we went shopping. So i was in the dressing room feeling all shitty about myself and then to make it worse this girl in the room next to me asked her boyfriend to go grab her a size 2. Oh man was i depressed after that one. I just put the clothes back and left the store.
