Personally i dont think age gap should be a problem as long as it legal(obviously!). i have always gone for older men and i think most girls do as we tend to mature quicker than guys anyway!

I would say it would depend on how old you are and how young she is. I usually don't have issues with people dating older or younger people nowadays. Its just that if say you are 22 and she is like 16 or something. Lets be for real here. Technically someone in a situation could be only dating for the wrong reasons. Like she could only be going out with you so that her friends think you are cool. While at the same time, if you know you want to have a more physical relationship, that will not be possible to happen for a few years. But if you are say 35 and she is 26 or something. I say that you both should sit down and talk about what you want from each other out of the relationship. So there is no mix ups and no one is looking for a sugar daddy and someone else isn't looking for tight young main squeeze.

It depends on your ages and the differences between them at the time! Men usually go out with younger women but what is acceptable at 35 or 45 might not be at 25! A 10 -12 year difference for example!

I think age is pretty irrelavent if you really love person, having said that Im a bit old fashioned and would only go out with a bloke older than me. I know that sounds contradictory but said another way thats a bloke going out with a younger women. My sis has a younger fella and thats fine because shes happy with it.
This all said though I never say never.

A lot depends here. My "younger" person is 20 years my junior and we have been together almost 7 years. We both love each other and our families (well, what's left of mine) stay out of our business. His folks really love me and think the world of me. We have much in common and our lives are on track. But, this is not to say that we have not had our share of issues.

Firstly it depends on what you mean by 'younger'. I am 6yrs younger than my husband but I was 18 when I met him.
Depending on the circumstances being with a younger person is in no way a wrong thing.

Going out with a younger person is fine as long as if your 20 shes not 10 or visa versa. Sometimes it could be better to go out with a younger person.

If it's legal, it's perfectly fine. If not, expect some jail time. Women mature early than men do. Emotional maturity is also determined by your life experiences. The difference in age may not show up right away, but after you have been together awhile it will begin to show, if it's a dramatic age difference.

Depends how young. If your are 16 then 14-15 isn't too bad but if you are 21 then 14-15 is bad. If you are 26 and she is 19+ then o.k. All depends.

I think it depends on the circumstances. My husband is 11 years older than me,and it is not a problem. However, it may have been a different story if I had been older than him, as if a women gets to 60 and her husband is only 49 it may not work as well

I think it's ok, but it depends on the age difference. I once saw on a daytime talk show that an 14 year old boy fell in love with a 42 year old woman and they got married, now that's extreme. If you like them and they like you give it a shot.
