I'm sorry, but you are not very fast, but since you mentioned that you are not in shape, it means that you have a lot of room for improvement, Train 3 times a week with 3-4km/miles
Do sprints another 3 times a week and rest one day
I don't know if you really want to do running, if you do, you can put your mind to it and stick with it
I'd recommend maybe basketball or volleyball because you are so tall, maybe even some more physical sports like football

For a football player that's good. I'm 36 and I do a mile in 4:30, 1/4 in 51 sec, but I've been running since I was 10.

You are very good in short distance like the 40 and 1/4 but your mile time is very bad
You have speed but no endurance if you want to emprove that all i can say is join Cross Country that'll make you a faster sprinter and have more endurance

not really
like others have siad you do definetly have the size but the times arent that great.

I am also 14 im 5 8 and about 135 i run a

40: 4.8-4.9
mile: 5:38
1/4 mile: 1:00
800:2:12

Keeping working though you definetly have the ability with them long legs

I'd like to emphasize the word "field" in Track & Field.
From the information that you've given you seem like a good prospect for the discus and javelin events. Possibly even the hammer throw. Your height is a plus for these events also.
The training for these events will complement your football
training regimen too. Look into it.
